CND analyzes the Client's design concepts or design alternatives and performs value engineering tasks with its own licensed engineering team. That can be structure system alternatives or also MEP system alternatives which can lead to cost and energy savings. Value engineering can also mean achieving better quality, improved life cycles with enhanced engineered systems.
